"Lindens nestles in this quiet lane only a few minutes walk from the village shop and pubs. Built in the 1970's the house benefits from a good garden to both front and rear and has views over open fields. On the ground floor there is a lobby leading to the hall with cloakroom off which has upto date fittings. There is a central dining/reception room which has double sliding glazed doors to the rear terrace and garden. There is a well fitted kitchen/breakfast room with fitted Bosch oven and Stoves 4 ring hob. The utility room adjacent has a deep butlers sink and range of fitted cupboards and a water softner is included. There is a small lobby with gas fired boiler concealed in a cupboard and then access to the study. There are two bedrooms and a fully tiled shower room on the ground floor which add the possibility of being a separate annexe. The stairs to the first floor open into a light and airy sitting room running front to back and with sliding doors to a roof terrace. Off an inner landing is the Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom and two further bedrooms.

Outside there is a well maintained tarmac drive to the double garage with up and over door, lawns and mature trees. With access to the side of the side of the house there is to the rear a paved terrace overlooking lawns ornamental pond and beyond a screen a vegetable garden and fruit cage. The garden is well stocked and has mature hedges to the boundaries.Directions

Fron Great Dunmow take the B1286 towards Braintree turning right after one and a half miles to Felsted. On reaching the village turn first right into Mill Lane and the house will be seen on the left hand side."
