"1 Beaumont Hill is a Grade II Listed timber framed single storey cottage dating from the 18th century with rendered elevations under a thatched roof to the main cottage and a tiled roof over the rear addition. The property is behind a street-side house, therefore well screened from the road and beyond the private rear garden is open parkland. The property is to be sold with no onward chain.

The cottage displays a great deal of character including a vaulted ceiling and exposed timbers to a dual aspect sitting room that also has an open brick built fireplace. The kitchen has a built in over and hob, a butler style sink, storage cupboards and a tiled floor. There is an inner hall, a bathroom and then two bedrooms. The main bedroom has French doors overlooking and leading out to the garden.

From Beaumont Hill a gravel drive (shared with a neighbour) leads to a parking area for 2 cars. The rear garden is approximately 35ft in length and is landscaped with mainly patio and raised flower borders. A gate at the end allows access through some trees to open parkland beyond.Directions
