"Located in the town of Wivenhoe towards the south east of Colchester with its picturesque acclivity, is Orchard Cottage. Believed to date back to 1690 and originally one dwelling (known as Heath Cottage), it was divided into two around 1867. Whilst the property boasts many character features, Orchard Cottage offers well manicured gardens, ample off street parking and has been extended over the years. The property has many charming features including exposed beams and fireplace, although there is a contemporary feel with a modern, spacious orangery to the rear offering fabulous views of the garden.
