Fertile is a well appointed warm and comfortable vessel and will be sold as a complete vessel with all furniture, fixtures and fittings included. Accommodation, which has full head room throughout, consists of three bedrooms (1) MASTER CABIN 10 ft x 9 ft 5 full length and height fitted wardrobes and overhead storage with dressing table and underlighting on both sides + captains bed with understorage and laminate flooring. (2) 7 ft x 6 ft fitted with double berth bunk beds and small fitted storage cupboard and laminate flooring. (3) 6 ft x 3 ft 7 fitted with single bunk beds. The KITCHEN is 9 ft x 7 ft 5 fitted with be-spoke country style units in a U-shape with all round fitted overhead units. All walls are tiled and the flooring is bamboo T & G. The BATHROOM consists of shower cabinet, electric toilet and hand basin with bamboo T & G flooring. The SALOON is 17 ft 6 x 12 ft 6, heating is via a wood burner and flooring is laminate, fitted desk/navigation station, dining room table with 4 seater settee style chairs with underseat storage. The table also drops to make extra sleeping arrangements which then makes 10 berths, two leather settees, one 3 seater, one 2 seater, central coffee table, TV unit with 24" TV and Freeview box and recorder with overhead cupboards in each corner. The front hold has been fitted out as a workshop with benches and storage spaces. Fertile is also fitted with gas and carbon monoxide and smoke alarms and auto bilge system and pump with alarm.
Specifications
Fertile is 72 foot long and 18 foot beam and is in excellent mechanical and structural condition. She comes with a full set of Durolon sails which are in excellent condition and have no rips or repairs but would benefit from a clean and re dressing. She is fitted with a 4 Kva 120v-240v diesel generator also a 12v diesel booster generator ideal when cruising for topping up the batteries of which a new set were fitted 12 months ago, and a 1500 watt inverter. The main engine is a Ford York marine diesel 60 Bhp which burns one gallon per hour and will give a max speed of 5 Knots and is in excellent working order. There is a spare reconditioned short engine and Cyl Head and a vast array of engine and generator spares including reconditioned diesel pump and injectors. Also included will be all navigation equipment, warps, life rings and spare propeller.

Mr B continues "I will be sad to see her go but unfortunately I'm no in my late 60s with health problems and its time to let go so grab yourself a bargain as this is priced well below market value for a quick sale.
