"Situated on the border of Lexden and Prettygate to the west of Colchester is this spacious and extended four bedroom semi detached family home. The property boasts generous living space throughout, four good size bedrooms, a downstairs shower room, family bathroom, detached single garage, and off road parking.

The accommodation in brief comprises of
A large entrance hall with a stair flight leading to the first floor with under stairs cupboard which also houses the solar panel controls, and doors to the lounge and kitchen dining room.

The lounge has a double glazed bay window to the front aspect, a gas fireplace with back boiler, radiator, and wood effect flooring.
