Beautifully presented three bedroom terraced property located within the popular Backwoods Road on the south side of Braintree.  The property is presented in our opinion excellent decorative order and is finished to a high standard with attractive modern day kitchen and bathroom suite.  The property further benefits from a large rear garden with outbuilding, as well as having off road parking for one or two vehicles.  In the agents opinion this property makes an excellent first time purchase or investment, and viewing is highly recommended in order to truly appreciate the accommodation on offer.

LOCATION:

Situated within Backwoods Road, which is located off of Notley Road on the South side of Braintree, the property is within walking distance of local amenities, playing fields, and the nearby John Ray and Notley High Schools.  The property is also within easy access of the A120 giving good commuter accesses to Chelmsford, Stansted, and Colchester, as well as being within a 10 minute walk of Braintree mainline station offering an hourly service to London Liverpool Street.
