The present owners have converted the detached garage, which is located at the end of the rear garden, into a studio/family room making an ideal area for young children, but could easily be converted back into a garage if required.

We moved here 14 years ago and knew that it was right for us and our young family as it offered good sized accommodation whilst being well located for Sunnymede Primary School, Billericay Secondary School, the High Street and railway station.

The family room has been a great asset and has provided valuable extra space and fun times.

We have enjoyed living here all year round; summertime spending long hours in the sunny garden and through the winter cozying up around our open log fire.
