"It would be galling to miss out on an opportunity to own a fantastic family home in Uckfield's premier postcode.

It feels like there is room after room, after room throughout the house and in terms of space and size you won't be disappointed.

Let's start downstairs, huge light and airy lounge, dining room to accommodate all types of family dining, a study which is larger then most, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room and the party room, aka: the conservatory with a bar.

Upstairs, well it's take your pick in terms of the bedrooms, all are doubles, the master has the en-suite. The main bathroom could fit the whole family too!.

Outside is where relaxation takes over, not only is it well secluded, and a haven for any book worm or sun worshipper, but there is a jacuzzi complete with pagoda to ensure you can enjoy it 24/7. There are two garages and plenty of off-road parking.

Nearby are plenty of walks with stunning views and wildlife. For the commuter it is downhill all the way by bicycle to the station.

For convenience the local primary school is all but a stones throw away.

It was convenience that sold this house to us. We wanted something in a safe area near to the local schools and this home was ideal!

Since moving in we have added the conservatory and installed the jacuzzi, which I have used at midnight, midday, in the 30 degree heat and the snow!

I think this is a really well proportioned family house in a great, safe neighbourhood which is close to schools and shops.

I'll be sad to leave, but it's too big for us now.
