"There is no evidence of anyone moving in this road since January 2007, so this is truly a unique opportunity! The owner has taken great care of the property over the years. The boiler was replaced in 2009 and the property has full gas central heating along with full double glazing so the next owner will be safe in the knowledge that they are purchasing a low maintenance home.

With a new kitchen in 2008 along with previously fitted family bathroom, En-Suite bathroom and En-Suite shower room, the list of updates goes on, making this a superbly presented property in a sought after location.

With the hustle and bustle of family life, the owner has found the 2 En-Suites, cloakroom and family bathroom real life savers. They have found the amount of space downstairs to be a real boon, too.

Externally, there is off road parking for several cars and a tandem garage giving room for more parking and plenty of storage.

The proximity to Uckfield town centre with its many amenities means the property is also well located giving good access to the mainline rail station with direct connections to London.

We viewed many houses and needed somewhere with lots of living space as we have quite a large family. The 2 En-Suites and cloakroom have been of great benefit particularly for our children. We have spent a lot of money on updating the house including a new boiler in 2009 and loft insulation in 2010 and this has helped to keep our heating costs down.

We also put in a new kitchen in 2008 and have made lots of other improvements, too, like new soffits and guttering in February 2010. We do quite a lot of entertaining so we landscaped the rear garden to include a decking area and this is now like an extra room. It is quite secluded and low maintenance, too.
