"Greenfield Drive is a sweeping, private road and being a cul de sac location families should feel safe and being within 1 mile of Uckfield town centre all amenities will be close at hand.

If village atmosphere is important, there is the local post office, village pub along with cricket ground, Village Hall and wooded Millenium walk.

Four of the five bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and with the cupboard in the hall, storage will not be lacking. The four piece ensuite to the master bedroom will add to the convenience that you will come to expect from such a special family home.


With all these bedrooms, you’ll want plenty of living space. With windows on two sides, the 21’ living room is bright, spacious and a great place to entertain. Indeed the house has played host to a party for 30 people before and still had room for more.

In addition to the dining room, the kitchen comes with separate dining area and is fitted to a farmhouse style so is very inviting.

We had seen quite a few houses that just weren’t big enough and stumbled on this one by chance.

Our children have grown up here and we have found it to be a great place for them as the road has no through traffic so it is safe for young children to play out in.

We’re only about a mile from the town centre as well which makes it really convenient for the schools and the mainline station. Having the cloakroom and the ensuite in addition to the family bathroom has been perfect for family life.

We’re downsizing now and hope to find something in a similar location.
