"This three bedroom end of terrace home would be perfect for a first time buyer looking to grow a new family.

The lounge/diner measures 21’10” and having windows to the front and French doors to the rear garden is a bright room with a great feeling of space.

The cloakroom sits beside a large walk in cupboard which, if knocked through, would make an ideal downstairs shower room so would suit someone with an elderly or disabled relative.

The kitchen, though in need of replacement, is of a good size and also leads into the rear garden.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are complimented by a larger than average bathroom and indeed space is a common theme throughout the whole house.

Any budding gardeners need look no further as they will feel well at home. In excess of 80’ and with the sun setting behind this is a perfect place to relax well into the evening and watch the array of birds and wildlife that are constantly attracted. To the bottom of the garden is an area crying out to be a vegetable patch so self sufficient living could be the order of the day!

What the Owner says:

I wish I could pick this house up and move it to my next destination as it really does suit me perfectly!

I love opening up the doors from the lounge in the evening and watching the sun set in the garden. The lounge/diner is a good size and perfect for a couple or a family. The cloakroom is a real convenience and the amount of space in the cupboard in the hallway is so useful.

Once you go down the garden it feels like you’re in a rural location but at the same time a brisk walk gets you to Uckfield High Street which is great so there’s no need to take a long trip to anywhere else as everything is on your doorstep.
