"If you are looking for a safe haven to bring up your family with the opportunity to spread your wings both inside and outside then look no further!
As you walk in, take your shoes off on the tiled floor in the hallway as you won’t want to mess up the lounge carpet! The cloakroom has a tiled floor too and is fitted with white suite so no expense there.
The 17’ lounge is a wonderful space for entertaining and with the coal burner set into a lovely fireplace winter evenings will feel cosy.

Open out the sliding double glazed door from the kitchen/diner into the rear garden then when you’ve finished entertaining, you could always hop over into the playing fields for a game of football or rounders to work off the carbs!

If exercise is not your thing, you can watch the game from the second bedroom as this overlooks the fields. Having windows on two sides, bedroom one is not short on natural light and the recently fitted bathroom and cloakroom will be a particularly attraction for those families wanting to move in and not have to spend money on updating.

What the Owner says:

We’ve found this to be a fantastic family home not just because of the size and layout but also because of the location.

Being in a cul de-sac, there is no passing traffic which cuts down on road noise and also makes it a safe place for our children to play out. Being next to the playing fields, we’re not short of places for the children to play and it’s perfect for dog walking. We changed the layout of the house as we didn’t like the lounge/diner. We now have a kitchen/diner which we find better as it’s perfect for evening meals and makes the lounge much quieter.

We have refitted the kitchen, cloakroom and bathroom and redecorated most of the house including the facias.
