"Description    A spacious detached bungalow which enjoys fantastic countryside rear views, the property needs some updating. There is a storm porch to the front with entrance door that leads into the hallway, straight ahead are two double bedrooms with double glazed window in each offering wonderful views. To the front of the property off the hallway is a fitted kitchen with a range of white and pale blue wall and base units with work tops over, space for fridge/freezer, space for washing machine, stainless steel sink unit with mixer taps, tiled splash backs, boiler, space for dishwasher and double glazed window to front. There is also a separate cloakroom and a shower room with wash hand basin and fitted 'Mira' electric shower. The lounge is to the far left of the property with double glazed window to the rear aspect and doors that lead to the second porch.

Outside    To the front of the bungalow is a sloped driveway that leads to the single garage and a small lawned garden with mature shrub borders. There are two side access gates either side of the property that lead to a private rear lawned garden with various trees, shrub and flower borders, patio area, summer house and fine views from the elevated patio section, workshop/storage space entered from rear garden.

Situation    Robertsbridge is a picturesque historic village with a wonderful community spirit amongst local residents. The village is thought to date back to 1176 and is well served by transport links and local shops. There are rail links from Hastings into London via Robertsbridge mainline rail station, bus services, and easy access to the A21 and M25 motorways. There is a very well regarded primary school in the village, a church, and several popular public houses. There are further shopping facilities at larger nearby towns such as Hastings, Battle and Tunbridge Wells.
