"On a private road with only a couple of neighbours this house is in a perfectly quiet location with the only passing traffic being dog walkers and parents collecting their children from the local schools.

When you enter this family home you will notice that the current owners keep a very well maintained and tasteful house. They have made a lot of improvements since moving in which means that it is ready to move straight in to without the hassle of even decorating.

The accommodation is perfectly laid out and gives separate social and living areas. The vast open plan downstairs living area is ideal for a family to share an evening meal together at the dining table. The house is extended out to the fabulous conservatory which is perfect for those times of year such as Christmas when you have all of the friends and family over. This extension really gives the whole downstairs area a sense of light and air and is really very much the selling point of the house. With four bedrooms to choose from, the master offering an en-suite you will never be short of space.

What the Owner says:

We were first attracted to Peacehaven for its convenience for Brighton City, Lewes, Seaford and Eastbourne. We liked the fact that it has excellent bus and rail links and that the countryside and the beach were just a few minutes walk away. The reason we both fell in love with this house was the ‘wow factor’ of the conservatory. It’s a fantastic space in which we have enjoyed many evenings entertaining friends and many family parties. It is also often used as a ‘chill out area’ after a long day at work.
