"A hidden gem!! Tucked away in this beautiful close on the borders of Telscombe Cliffs sits this very well presented, link detached, family home. This home which has been lovingly cared for over the years is located close to local school, shop and bus links to Brighton city centre and beyond. National Trust land is also just a stones throw away and this offers some excellent walks and cycle rides. This is an excellent position to raise a growing family. Greeted by a warm welcome into the entrance hall you can feel a sense of peace and relaxation that this house offers. To the front a well-appointed modern fitted kitchen has a wealth of work surfaces, cupboards and drawers and there is a window that overlooks the front garden. There is a spacious lounge/dining room at the rear, which is decorated in neutral tones and is perfect to relax in after a long day at work. There is plenty of space for the sofas as well as a good size dining table and a window and patio doors overlook the rear garden and being in this elevated position offers some superb views over rooftops and towards the fields beyond. A raised deck accessed through the patio doors reaffirms this. A modern refitted cloakroom/WC completes the ground floor accommodation. On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms, one to the front and the others to the rear which enjoy the views. Servicing these bedrooms is a modern refitted bathroom/WC. Externally the sunny rear garden face westerly so makes the most of the sun all day and well into the evening. The garden is made up of several landscaped terraces including a deck and a level lawn area. This is ideal for the children and their play equipment. To the front there is private driveway leading to the garage and low maintenance open plan front garden. An internal viewing is highly recommended.
