"As soon as you walk into this house you get a cosy warm feeling.
The lounge is bright and airy, the sun shines through in the mornings bringing a warmth to the room.
The kitchen has been redesigned to incorporate a good size dining area. With all modern units and appliances its the perfect place for entertaining you're guests while slaving away at the stove. With room for an 8 seater table to feed family and friends, it leaves the lounge to just sit back and relax in.
From the kitchen you step straight into the conservatory, fantastic for catching the afternoon sunshine which continues late into the day.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms to choose from, 2 overlooking the front and the main to the rear.
To the front you have views across to the open fields and countryside, where you can watch the sheep grazing in the summer. The family bathroom with modern suite and tiled walls completes the upstairs.
Outside to the front is a paved pathway leading to the entrance porch and a lawned area.
The garden to the rear is set out on 2 tiered decked areas so very easy to look after. Being extremely secluded, its an oasis of peace and tranquillity, a real sun trap. You even have the added bonus of a small summer house. There is gated access to the rear of the house, this is where you will find your 2 allocated parking spaces in the private parking area.
If its public transport you need, the bus stop is right outside the house, perfect for jumping on and off at your convenience.

What the Owner says:

We have lived in our home for 10 years now and are reluctantly selling to accommodate 4 growing teenagers.

In our time here we have added a new kitchen, had a porch and conservatory built and laid decking and installed a summer house in the rear garden.

There is access to the downland walks straight across the road from us and one of our favourite things to do is take the dog for a lovely walk.

In spring time the fields are full of new born lambs !!

The allocated parking has been a real bonus for us.

We hope that anyone buying our house will enjoy it as much as we have.
