"This well presented, semi detached house is situated in the popular Valley area of Newhaven close to schools, Newhaven town centre, train station and mainline bus routes to Brighton and Eastbourne. The property is considered to be in good decorative order throughout and offers good sized accommodation. The lounge is located at the rear and has a feature fireplace with a gas flame effect fire, laminate flooring and double glazed sliding patio doors which overlook and afford access to the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a a good range of light fronted wall and base units, and has an integrated electric oven and gas hob as well as space for a slimline dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also room for a small table and again the double glazed door gives access to the garden. The two larger bedrooms are both double rooms and have views from the front across the Valley. Bedroom three is a decent sized single room and has a double glazed window to the side. The family bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite and has a wall mounted shower over the bath. Outside, the rear garden gets the sun all day. Being mainly laid to lawn there is also a patio and a good range of flower and shrub beds. A rear gate provides access to Farmland at the rear making it perfect for dog owners! At the front a driveway provides off road parking and leads to the larger than average integral garage.
