"As soon as you walk through the front door you feel the warmth and character of the house.

Stepping into the lounge the central feature is the cast iron open fire place, perfect for those cold winter nights to curl up in front of a roaring fire.

With a separate dinning room you no longer have to sit there with those trays on your lap.

The kitchen is modern with some built in appliances and enough space for everything else you need, the perfect place to prepare those special dishes.

The 2 bedrooms are a good size with stripped floorboards and bedroom 1 also has a feature fireplace.

Finally to the rear of the ground floor you will find the family bathroom.

The back garden is one of the delights of this house. With a large decked area, perfect for sitting out and enjoying the peace and quite, not being over looked. Its a great place to relax in, there is also a lawned area with mature flowers and shrubs.

What the Owner says:

We have loved living here for over 7 years. During that time we have taken great pleasure in brining out the original Victorian features in the house, such as the open fireplaces and the wooden floorboards.

The neighbours are very friendly and sociable and all look out for each other.

We enjoy walks down to the harbour to see the boats and to stroll along the beach, or just sitting in our garden in our own little sun trap
