"This home occupies an enviable position, close to Hove seafront, with sea views from a number of the first floor bedrooms. It is also within a short distance of Hove mainline railway station for easy access to London. In recent time the current owners have carried out an extensive programme of restoration and refurbishment in order to create a superb family home presented in a sophisticated and stylish fashion.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors and has been reconfigured to ensure a well planned residence perfect for both family and entertaining purposes.
