Situated on the fourth floor, the apartment benefits from three bedrooms one with en-suit, a living room with a "wrap around" balcony, offering spectacular views our to sea, around towards the downs and the water feature, a modern fitted kitchen, and family bathroom. The property comes with an allocated parking space.

Sovereign Harbour is a development of some 3500 homes and has moorings for about 1200 boats. The scheme is broadly arranged as Sovereign Harbour and either ?North? or ?South?. Dominica Court is in South which has the shorter journey to and from Eastbourne Town Centre via Prince William Parade and Royal Parade.

Attractive walkways lead around the whole of the harbour and the restaurants and cafes of The Waterfront are about 1/4 mile away.  For sailors there is also Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club which is a very fine building with  plenty of social amenities.

Dominca Court is a gated development comprised of a mix of houses and apartment buildings. At its centre is a park for use by residents. At ground floor level of this six storey building is secure parking with an automatic gate operated by key fob and this apartment has space No 57.

Master bedroom 14'8" x 10'3" (4.47m x 3.12m) with downlighters and a a three door built-in wardrobes. The ensuite shower room has a white suite comprised of shower, WC, hand basin, and ladder style heated towel rail and is illuminated by downlighters.
