"Picture this - waking up every morning, opening your blinds or curtains and admiring the views of the English Channel and across west Saltdean. The thing is its never the same, its always changing and being up high, the view is one of the many benefits of this 3 bedroom house. With a lounge and a separate dining room its also a great place for entertaining, whether its family or friends.
With the house being close to Longridge Avenue its very near to all the local shops, ever so handy if you find you need that loaf of bread or pint of milk, but If you want to go further the bus stop is at the top of the road and you can be in the middle of Brighton within a matter of 20 minutes, where you can enjoy the full range if shops and restaurants.
If you are after a little less hustle and bustle you can find yourself walking through the Oval green or enjoying an ice cream while sitting on the beach close to home.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in Saltdean for over 10 years now and I love the genuine community spirits you find here. I have made many new friends since moving here and we have loved walking down to the beach and along the under cliff to Rottingdean village. A high light for me is watching the waves on a stormy day crashing over the sea walls, although I would say wear your water proofs! Being very central to the whole of Saltdean I find very convenient and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I will be extremely sad to leave Saltdean and my home but I now need to be closer to family.
