"A unique and rarely available property, and presented in excellent order throughout is this three bedroom, three storey Coach House with garage, built circa 300 years ago and retaining many original features including flint walls and ceiling beams. In a gated location it offers a good degree of seclusion in the City centre and is sold with no onward chain.

Location Middle Street is enviably located just off Brighton seafront in the heart of Old Town Conservation Area. The city centre offers numerous cultural endeavours, as well as a vast array of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and famed nightlife. Transport links are excellent from this location as Brighton station is 0.6 miles away, as are numerous bus routes and the A259 providing access to neighbouring towns and villages. Approach A secure gated entrance (key pad) to the courtyard leads to the front door and provides access to the garage. Ground floor Upon entering the property you have an immediate sense of arrival.
