"Appearances can be deceptive and never more so than with this terraced house. Behind the modest façade lies bright and spacious family living accommodation with three generously sized bedrooms.

The location is very good as the house is situated opposite open fields with far reaching views, giving a feeling of space and openness. The practical arrangement of rooms comprise a through lounge/dining room, a kitchen, a ground floor cloakroom and a ground floor fourth bedroom. Upstairs the views get even better and there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

At the rear of the property the good size garden does require some work but it does provide plenty of space and much surely get lots of sun.

Local shopping facilities are available nearby, local schools are within easy reach and there are local bus services providing easy access to Brighton city centre and sea front. The ‘big’ shops are really close by as ‘Asda’ is a couple of minutes away by car and the new ‘Marks & Spencer’ will soon be open.

We have really enjoyed living in this house. Its been a great family home as the rooms are all really spacious and having the extra 4th bedroom and downstairs W.C. means the accommodation is really versatile and theres always a place for guests to stay.

Elsted Crescent is a quiet road and we have never had any issues parking. Being in an elevated position and opposite open green space means there are great views all around and the house has a very warm family feel to it.
