"Description    An attractive and substantial detached property built in the North American Lodge Style set in a delightful established wooded setting with far reaching sea views. Constructed in 1970 by an American colonel, and designed on one level with extremely light and spacious accommodation. The house offers a large number of redeeming features not least the large decking area to the south side of the property which takes full advantage of the sea views. The tiered gardens have been planted and meticulously maintained and offer wonderful screening, elevated seating areas and winding walks through the grounds. In addition to the aforementioned is a sun/observation room which again is situated on the south side of the property from which the said views can be enjoyed from behind glass. Further benefits include a converted garage (into a hobbies/leisure room), detached double garage and parking facilities. In all the property offers three bedrooms to include a master with en-suite and a double reception.

Situation    In a 'tucked away' position yet within easy reach of established schools, shopping centre and coastal attractions.
