"Description    Situated in this favoured residential area of Bexhill, is this three bedroom link-detached house. The property comprises reception room, kitchen/ diner, downstairs cloakroom, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is also an attached garage with an up and over door to the side. The landscaped rear garden offers lawn area, various seating areas, flower borders, summerhouse and a shed. The property has been carefully refurbished since the current owners have lived there and is very well maintained. There are a number of amenities and local attractions including Cooden Beach Hotel and Cooden Beach Golf Club within the area.

Outside    To the front there is a single pathway leading to front entrance and off street parking for two cars and single attached garage with up and over door.
