The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, upper landing, double bedroom, single bedroom, and bathroom. Features include uPVC double glazing, electric heating, and good storage, including loft space. The property includes private front and rear gardens, an external store cupboard, one allocated parking space in the residential carpark, and additional parking to the front. Musselburgh is located approximately 7 miles east of Edinburgh city centre, and as such offers easy access for commuters into the city.
