Completed in late 1997 this one and a half storey detached villa occupies a large plot in the popular village of Mauchline. Offering adaptable family accommodation formed over two floors viewing is highly recommended by the selling agent,,,,,
In more detail the accommodation on offer comprises, L shaped reception hall, front facing lounge, well proportioned dining room which has French doors to the rear garden and is partially open planned to the bespoke fitted kitchen. The kitchen was designed and installed in 2004 by Kralle and in incorporates a range master cooker with five gas hob and two ovens - one electric and one gas. Daily commuting to most major commercial centres within the west central belt is possible via major roadlinks, with the village lying on the A76 main Dumfries Road. The M77 motorway link to Glasgow can be picked up from the north of Kilmarnock.
