"Need a five bedroom detached villa in a decent area with decent schools and a commute time to Glasgow City that won`t drive you daft within a month?A slice of fresh air in the heart of the Ayrshire countryside would be nice. How about having a train station that you could walk to within three minutes and the train would whisk you to Glasgow Central in 25 minutes at peak time!

Wouldn`t that be great?
If you need to drive, it`s 28 minutes to Silverburn and 37 minutes to the SECC. If you fancy a trip to the beach, 26 minutes will take you to Brassie Beach in Troon.

The Hapland Mill Estate in Dunlop was built in 2008 by Dickie & Moore and it won them a prestigious award.
34 Glazert Road has two driveways, built in garage and gardens to front and rear. The rear gardens are level and secure with gates on either side.
Open the front door into a bright hall with the stairs to the left up to four double bedrooms, all with spacious built in wardrobes, a family bathroom, ensuite off the master bedroom, hall cupboard and access to the attic space.

Downstairs, there`s a rather large lounge with French windows giving access to the rear gardens which are perfect for children as it`s mostly grass with the patio area positioned between the lounge and conservatory.

There`s a front facing fifth bedroom/music room/study, utility room to the side, guest toilet under the stairs and a lovely fitted dining kitchen with dish washer, which leads on to a generous conservatory that overlooks the rear gardens.

As you might expect, a second set of French windows gives you access from the conservatory to the patio area and gardens.
