"This light filled, bright and airy four bed detached property located at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly sought after Whinfield area is the perfect family home.

As you enter the front door you find yourself in a spacious entrance hall with downstairs toilet/utility and useful storage cupboard. Located to the right and front of the property is a u-shaped kitchen with double doors opening in to the dining room and exit door to the garden. From the dining room is a door in to the office at the rear, a great space to work from home, and to the left an archway gives access to the generously sized lounge creating an open plan living area.

Through French doors in the lounge is the conservatory that runs the full width of the rear of the property. Being fully glazed you feel like you are in the garden, even when it`s wet and miserable you can still enjoy the feeling of being outside whilst snug and cozy inside. And when it`s warm and glorious you can throw open the French doors and enjoy the landscaped south facing wrap around garden. Not being overlooked the garden provides the ideal space to soak up the rays (check your SPF), the children to run around and the family to BBQ and dine al-fresco on the sheltered and private patio.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three doubles and a single. The Master bedroom is particularly spacious being over 4.5m in length. The bathroom comprises of a four piece suite with Jacuzzi bath - I`m sure the children will volunteer to have a bath - as well as a double shower cubicle. The walls are easy to wipe clean and maintain being fitted with decorative panelling.

To the front of the property is a low maintenance garden area enclosed by half wall and mainly laid to gravel. To the right of this is a driveway with parking for a number of cars leading up to a detached garage.
