"Close Thornton are delighted to welcome to the market this spacious three bedroom semi- detached property.

The property offers generous living space over two floors. The welcoming entrance hall gives an excellent first impression as do the two reception rooms. The main lounge and dining room are a wonderful space to entertain guests or relax with the family. The kitchen has been significantly extended to the side and rear. After speaking to the owner about the design of the extension it is clear that a lot of thought, time and money went in to creating this wonderful kitchen/family space. They have also added French doors and dual aspect windows to create a space flooded with light.

To the first floor there are three well proportioned bedrooms, the master and second bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes to add to the space. The bathroom is very well proportioned with a four piece white suite.

Externally to the front the garden has lovely lawned area and a driveway which can hold a number of cars, further to that there is a gated area with access to the garage, it can easily hold more vehicles than originally meets the eye. To the rear there is a stunning lawned area along with a paved area. The current vendors have put a lot of love in to maintaining this garden and upon speaking to them it is clear they have had many happy memories at family BBQs in this sun trap.

The garage has also had the rear extended in to a `snug`. The snug, currently used as a music room, creates a wonderful area that would be perfect as a play room, ?man cave` or somewhere for older children to have their own space.

It is clear that alot of love has gone in to creating this family home, call us today to arrange a viewing on YOUR new family home.
