"This two bed terraced property has been owned by the current owner for seventeen years. During this time she has loved living there and has spent time and attention on fully modernising and updating it so that it comes to the market in immaculate condition. It has gas central heating and is fully double glazed.

As you step through the front door you are welcomed in to the entrance vestibule and on in to a generous lounge with large bay window to the front and a contemporary letter box living flame gas fire. To the rear is a breakfast kitchen with modern shaker style units and tiled splashback. There are plenty of work surfaces to prepare gastronomic delights and a breakfast bar where you can drink a coffee whilst waiting for the latest bake to come out of the oven. Under the stairs has also been opened up in to the kitchen to provide space for a fridge/freezer.
