The Area

Kirk View is situated just over half a mile from the centre of Barnard Castle. Barnard Castle is a market town supporting a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities. Often referred to as ?The Gateway to Teesdale?, there are many renowned beauty spots close at hand, beyond which can be found the delights of North Yorkshire, the Lake District, Northumberland and the East Coast.

For the commuter the A66, A67 and A1 (M) provide links with the major commercial centres of the North East. Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with rest of the country.


The Property
