"A superb opportunity to purchase a detached bungalow situated within a mile of Wimborne Town in need of general refurbishment throughout. The property itself was built in the early 1950s, has been occupied by the present owners since new and offered with no forward chain.

Via the open storm porch leads through to the entrance hallway which leads to all principle rooms. The dual aspect lounge is at the rear of the property benefiting from pleasant views over the rear garden. The separate dining room gives access to the dated kitchen which in turn leads out onto the car port. There are two double bedrooms, both at the front, and a family bathroom.

The front garden is enclosed by a low brick capped wall with brick piers. For ease of maintenance, the garden has been laid to a raised crazy paved terrace with central stone planted feature. Established shrubs including azaleas and hedgerows. The rear garden is about 45' in depth and is enclosed by walling and timber fencing. The rear garden has again been arranged for ease of maintenance with a large crazy paved and shingle terrace interspersed with three raised flower beds. Climbing ivy to the elevations.
