"NO FORWARD CHAIN! - A well presented three bedroom bungalow, situated in a sought after area of Verwood, close to Dewlands Common and the Town Centre, and benefitting from an en suite, spacious lounge/diner, utility room, large car port, garage and a low maintenance rear garden. Viewing is highly recommended to avoid missing out.

The front of the property has a gravelled driveway leading down the side of the property to a gated car port, a log store and a single garage, with an up and over door, power and light, and storage in the roof space. The remainder of the front garden has been laid to lawn with a gravel path leading up to the covered storm porch, which leads to the front door giving access into the spacious entrance hallway with access into the loft, a door into the airing cupboard housing the hot water tank with shelving for linen storage.
