Full description:
Upon entering the property there is a good size entrance hallway with wood effect laminate flooring which flows through to the lounge, dining room and conservatory and stairs leading to the first floor accommodation, under stairs storage cupboard and an internal door into the garage. The garage has power and light, an up and over door with space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer at the opposite end.

The generous size lounge has a bay window to the front and a feature limestone fireplace and surround with inset living flame gas fire. Internal glazed doors lead through to the good size separate dining room with sliding patio doors out to the conservatory which in turn has French doors giving access to the patio.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of matching contemporary cream base units and drawers with roll edge work surface and tiled splash backs, inset sink unit, integral four ring gas hob and extractor fan over, built in electric fan assisted oven and grill, dishwasher and tiled flooring which flows through to the separate utility room fitted with base units with roll edge work surface and a separate sink unit. There is a door leading out to the rear garden as well as an integral door to the downstairs cloakroom/WC.

Upstairs there are three good size double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and are serviced by a three piece family bathroom with a separate WC, pedestal wash hand basin and a panelled bath.

The master bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite shower room with a separate WC, wash hand basin, vanity units under a roll edge top and a separate shower cubicle.

Externally the front garden is mainly drive way with a small area of lawn. To the rear is a patio area immediately abutting the conservatory and kitchen, the remainder has been laid mainly to lawn. There is a variety of mature shrubs and the garden is surrounded by high level timber fencing and has external lighting inset within railway sleepers and light by the further patio and a gate for side access.
