"This deceptively spacious end of terrace Edwardian town house is conveniently situated in an elevated position close to Swanage town centre, approximately 200 metres from the town square and sea front. The seaside resort of Swanage is located some 9 miles from the market town of Wareham which has a main line rail link to London Waterloo (approximately 2.5 hours). The popular conurbation of Bournemouth and Poole is also within easy reach via the Sandbanks ferry.

The property is thought to have been built towards the end of the 19th century and is of traditional construction with brick elevations, stone quoins and dressings under a slate roof. The house has been renovated and extended in more recent years and is extremely well presented with neutral décor throughout.

Upon entering the property, the open hallway is light and airy with attractive original tiled flooring. The tall ceilings add to the spacious feel of the house and the accommodation flows well throughout. The generous living space is arranged over three floors and consists of 3 reception rooms, fully fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms, family bathroom and shower room.

Upon approaching the property, to the outside there is a small walled garden with attractive shrubbery. The rear courtyard is accessed via the kitchen and provides a paved seating area with steps leading down to the basement, offering ample storage and additional shower room. Taunton Road can also be accessed from this courtyard.

There is additional outside space on the sun deck which can be accessed by the half-landing between the first and second floor. This area is also paved and provides space for table and chairs and benefits from fine views across the town to Swanage Bay. Views across the town to the sea can also be appreciated from the majority of principle rooms.

The property is offered with no forward chain and a viewing is highly recommended to appreciate. All viewings must be accompanied and these are strictly by appointment through the Sole Agents, Corbens, 01929 422284. Please note the postcode for this property is BH19 2BL.
