"An extremely spacious character south facing home in a stunning position literally opposite Parkstone Yacht Club.
The property is nestled on a quiet road in one of the area's most prestigious positions, being close to the shore of Sandbanks and Poole Harbour along with easy access to the Yacht Club opposite; which in itself is a prime destination for the water lovers.
Whilst the size of a large detached home, the property is now semi-detached having had a house built in the old north facing gardens in the rear some years ago. This has not however affected the existing home which retains its original proportions and also benefits from the extremely bright and private south facing gardens which get light throughout the day.
Of particular interest here is surely the living space, which is large and spacious throughout. The large sitting room opens onto south facing bay with access onto the gardens, with a further sizeable dining room adjacent, again with access to the gardens. The kitchen has been recently remodelled and also boasts utility/larder. The garage has been converted into a large workshop but could easily be reverted back such a purchaser wish.
Upstairs, the property boasts four double bedrooms, two with en suite, and a further family bathroom. From the landing there are some views of the harbour, which could be complimented by constructing a large balcony from the sliding doors which did previously exist and could easily be readded.
Outside is where the property really shines however. Set behind gates, the home boasts large driveway with ample storage for boats (used as such by the current owners) and the gardens are south facing and extremely secluded. Indeed, the garden is currently zoned into a delightful selection of areas each designed to make the most of the sun and sea lifestyle this location offers.
Perfect for those seeking a spacious home by the harbour, this is a delightful character residence not to be missed!
