Alexandra Park Lodge may only be used as a single residential dwelling. Two days prior written notice must be given and the Borough reserve the right to charge a nominal amount towards maintenance, for use of any vehicular access permitted.

The buyer should at all times be aware that the Lodge sits within an area, (i.e. Alexandra Park), which has been identified as a designated landscape which is worthy of retention under the Draft Heritage Assets List, and if this List is approved, then the effect on the landscape quality of the Park would be a material planning consideration in assessing any proposals which require planning permission; E.g. demolition and replacement or any proposed extensions to the Lodge etc.
