"A hugely impressive, four double bedroom detached house, set on a stunning plot within a popular cul-de-sac. The property features three reception rooms and a double garage. Some modernisation is required to make this the perfect family home. NO FORWARD CHAIN.

Ground Floor

A spacious reception hall and a ground floor shower room with a wc, pedestal wash hand basin and shower cubicle, Glowworm gas fired boiler and double glazed window.

The good size living room is spacious and light due to and double glazed window to the front and sliding patio doors to the rear garden and has laminate flooring throughout.  
  
As well as a pleasant sitting room there are two further reception room which have been previously utilised as a dining room and study. Either room could easily be used as a ground floor bedroom. Both rooms incorporate double glazed windows, one with a good size storage cupboard.

The kitchen is comprehensively fitted incorporating a range of units to eye and base level, there is ample worktop space with inset bowl and a half sink unit, double Indesit oven and a four ring gas hob and cooker hood, Hisense fridge freezer to remain. The kitchen functional and could benefit from some updating.

First Floor 

On the first floor landing is a hatch to loft space and double glazed window. There is a good size storage cupboard with slatted shelving.
