SITUATION AND AMENITIES The property is situated on the favoured western side of the popular coastal town of Lyme Regis. West Hill Road is a cul-de-sac, so there is no disturbance from passing traffic. There are views from the property, out to sea, but also over the town, the coastline and the surrounding hills. Lyme Regis, famous for its ancient Cobb, sandy beaches, and eclectic mix of shops and its growing artistic community is a short walk away.
