"A CONTEMPORARY DETACHED NEW BUILD HOUSE, SITUATED ON THE EDGE OF LYME REGIS AND OFFERING OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE WITH SEA VIEWS FROM THE FIRST FLOOR
Blue Neptune was constructed five years ago, and is presented in fantastic condition throughout. Comprising of part rendered and cladded elevations under a tiled roof, the property has been used as a successful holiday let by the current owners and occupies an edge of town position whilst being close to the local comprehensive school and medical centre.
Arranged as an upside down house, the main living area benefits from sea views and from the balcony, with a generous living and kitchen space with vaulted ceilings. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor, two of which have their own ensuite bathrooms, as well as a contemporary family bathroom.
Another pleasant feature is the well considered and landscaped garden, providing a number of seating areas to enjoy during warmer weather, which is well stocked with a variety of trees and shrubs with the lower levels being laid to patio and gravel. There are also three parking spaces adjacent to the property.
Lyme Regis is a picturesque coastal town noted for its many character buildings, centuries old Cobb Harbour and unspoilt surrounding countryside. The town centre provides good shopping facilities for day to day needs and the larger centres of Taunton and Exeter are both about 28 miles away. There is a main line railway station at Axminster 6 miles inland . In Lyme Regis there is also a sailing club, bowls, golf course, theatre and numerous local societies.
The town is situated on the beautiful and unspoilt Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coast awarded World Heritage Site status by UNESCO in December 2001.
