The Old Garage is a spectacular ground floor apartment, hidden behind the facade of a 1920s former garage and workshop. The ground floor section of the building was substantially extended to the rear prior to the current ownership, providing superb living space. It has been sympathetically designed in retaining character features throughout such as steel ceiling joists and the former inspection chamber for the garage , and blended with contemporary touches.

The original section of the building is believed to be brick built with the extension to the rear constructed of cavity blockwork beneath a slate roof.
