Little Court is a split level detached bungalow, situated within half an acre of mature gardens and affording sea and coastal views from some of the principal rooms.

The property is thought to have been built in the late 1930‘s, with brick faced external walls clad in cedarwood beneath an asbestos slate roof. The bungalow offers generous proportions and room sizes and is now in need of complete modernisation throughout.

It benefits from a useful lower ground floor annexe, which could serve a variety of uses or for multi generational living. The property is offered to the market with no onward chain.

Lyme Regis is a picturesque coastal town noted for its many character buildings, centuries old Cobb Harbour and unspoilt surrounding countryside. The town centre provides good shopping facilities for day to day needs and the larger centres of Taunton and Exeter are both about 28 miles away. Outside Little Court is situated near the top end of a cul de sac which is a private road known as Penny Plot , which comprises of mainly individual detached houses and bungalows, accessed from the Uplyme Road which is one of the main approach roads into Lyme Regis from the A35, with the town centre and seafront 1 2 mile distant. A long tarmacadam driveway off Penny Plot leads to a garage and the main entrance to the living accommodation. The gardens and plot are gently sloped, with the main part comprising three terraced to the front and lower side, which are mainly lawned and include a variety of shrubs and small trees together with a greenhouse on the lower terrace. The rear garden is fairly steeply sloped, again laid to lawn with mature shrubs interspersed. The upper side and rear are enclosed by very large hedges.
