"A beautifully presented modern and spacious two bedroom semi-detached house in the village of Moreton. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac over looking woodland to the rear and is a minutes walk from Moreton train station so is ideal for those looking to commute to Dorchester, Weymouth, Poole or Bournemouth for work. It has been redecorated throughout and is in excellent condition. There is a modern kitchen, W.C and sitting room over looking the rear garden on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one en-suite), family bathroom and landing with airing cupboard. The good size rear garden has an area of patio with lawn beyond accessed from the sitting room. There is a shed for additional storage and side access to the car port. An ideal home for a working couple or young family.
