At the front of the property is a cosy living room with feature only fireplace. There are ample windows to make this a well lit room. The road outside is quiet making this a relaxing area. Adjacent to the front room is the hall and staircase. On the first floor landing turning left there is a full sized bedroom at the front of the property. This has a nice set of windows once again, creating a light and airy room. There is an under stairs cupboard next to the door as you go in. Coming out of the front bedroom and turning left is the rear bedroom which is an ample size. Once again, sufficient light comes in through the large windows. Coming out of the rear bedroom and turning left, you come to the modern bathroom which is fitted with a powerful in bath shower pumped from a hot water storage tank so no lack of hot water! This property has a wonderful airing cupboard for drying off the washing, not so common these days but a great advantage for a busy family. Back along the landing to the front of the property is the stairs to the top floor room. This is a large open attic room which looks out over Dukes Avenue.
