SITUATION The property is located approximately mid way up West Cliff Road which is within a private estate managed by the West Cliff Residents Association and is a no through road. It is a short active walk into the open countryside with network of footpaths into Bridport, along the coast and downhill into the resort of West Bay.

West Bay has a fishing boating harbour, beaches, piers and promenade, Church, 3 pubs, Spar convenience store, restaurants and cafes and Discovery Centre together with some individual shops and many kiosks and this is a gateway to the Jurassic Coastline.

There is a regular car boot sale and events and festivals throughout the year and there are many organisations providing marine, sport and leisure activities, including gig rowing, paddle boarding, canoeing, wind surfing and water polo.

The vibrant market town of Bridport is well renowned and there are walks, cycle routes and bus services from West Bay.

THE PROPERTY dates from the late 1960 s and comprises a detached bungalow featuring brick elevations under a concrete tiled roof. It is elevated up with steps to the front and faces mainly east west with large picture windows enjoying magnificent country, coastal, sky and sea views.
