"A Grade II Listed character cottage offering two bedroom accommodation with first floor bathroom and ground floor w.c./utility room and a lovely part-walled garden to the rear. The property forms part of a small terrace called Reform Place set back slightly from the road at North Allington, just half a mile from the centre of Bridport. On the ground floor is a good sized sitting room with wood burning stove, which leads through to the attractively fitted kitchen/dining room and beyond this lies the utility room and w.c.. On the first floor are two good bedrooms and bathroom fitted with a white suite and has been recently re-tiled. The property has the added bonus of a good size, enclosed rear garden with a lovely high wall to the north side.
