"A spacious modern 3 bedroom house enjoying outstanding countryside views in a residential area 1.5 miles north of Bridport town centre

SITUATION:  The property enjoys a fine, mainly sea aspect, with views over the roof tops to the surrounding countryside beyond.  The property is situated on the outskirts of Bridport close to the village centre of Bradpole.  Within the village there are useful local facilities including a sub-post office/store, church, local inn and butcher's shop.  In addition, the Sir John Colfox School is within easy reach.  There is a bus service available to the market town of Bridport which offers an excellent range of shopping facilities, together with schools, churches, banks, art centre and twice-weekly street market.
