Christopher Shaw Residential are please to bring to market this charming and clearly well loved bungalow in a very desirable Road in Bear Cross. Sadly due to probate the property is being sold, however a huge plus to any potential buyer is that the late owner did recently install a new gas boiler, new fitted double glazing and from what we understand a new roof.

This takes away three major jobs for any potential buyer and does really leave just the cosmetic work, we see the buyer fitting a new kitchen, bathroom as well as overall redecoration. We have factored this into the value so please consider that when bidding, Bungalows in this immediate area and especially this quiet cul de sac are in high demand. he bungalow features a generous sloped driveway which would accommodate two cars comfortably (on street parking is not an issue either) at the end of the drive is large solid single garage leading round to a well kept garden which spans a good distance to the rear and features two more sheds.

The entrance into the bungalow is accessed either via the main entrance or rear kitchen door on the same side. Internally the decor is tasteful yet dated and would require updating, a new electric fire and fireplace was recently installed making a nice modern feature in the living room. Both bedrooms are good double and the living room is ample size for a 3 piece suite and potentially a small dining table. The lean to was hand built and we perceive this being pulled down as it does not meet modern standards, in its place a conservatory would be fantastic.
