The property is situated just a few yards away from the local shops at Boscombe with its pedestrianised shopping centre. The beach at Boscombe is less than half a mile away whilst Bournemouth town centre with its shopping, entertainment, recreational and leisure facilities is approximately 3 miles away and easily accessible via public transport links. The property is accessed from Haviland Road and via the communal gardens and door into the building with stairs to the first floor landing. From there the front door to the flat leads to stairs and up to the second floor. The lounge area has a front aspect window with sloping ceilings and fireplace whilst the kitchen area has working surfaces over cupboards and drawers. There is a built in electric hob with separate oven and space for further appliances. The two bedrooms are to the rear of the flat with bedroom 1 again having sloping ceilings. The bathroom has a panelled bath, low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin, the bathroom is also tiled. Outside is a communal garden which you have use of.
